Amazon.co.za Gift Card Redemption Instructions
To redeem a gift card, ensure you are logged into the correct account:
- Locate the claim code.
- Go to Redeem a Gift Card.
- Enter your claim code and select Apply to Your Balance.
You can also redeem your gift card balance during the checkout process:
- Select Proceed to Checkout after reviewing the items in your shopping basket.
- Select your delivery address and delivery method.
- Select the payment method by checking the box next to Use your gift card balance.
- Review your order details and select Place your order.
Important to know:
- If your order total exceeds the available fund in your gift card balance, the remainder must be paid by credit card/debit card.
- You can't use a gift card to purchase other gift cards.
