1. What is eGifts24.co.za?
eGifts24 is an online store dedicated to digital gift cards (better known as eGift Cards) for a range of products and retailers in South Africa. It is run by eGift Solutions (Pty) Ltd., which has over 7 years of experience providing digital prepaid codes in South Africa.
2. What do I get when I make a purchase?
All eGift Cards come as a unique digital code. Instructions for redeeming the code are sent in an email to the recipient, as well as being viewable under My Orders.
3. What countries does eGifts24 support?
Currently eGifts24 only accepts payments from South African customers. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future.
4. What payment options are available?
We accept South African Visa and MasterCard credit/cheque cards, Bitcoin, EFT payments and SCode Cash Payments. Any cash payments must be done via the SCode method, as we do not accept direct cash deposits or cheques. Any cash or cheque deposits made directly into our bank account will result in cash handling fees, delays and/or cancellation of your order.
Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal.
5. How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed immediately on payment, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. Payments made via SCode are processed the following morning, while payments made via EFT may be delayed longer depending on how long it takes for payment to clear.
6. What time are scheduled gifts sent out?
Scheduled gift orders are generally processed between 7AM - 9AM on the date selected. If for some reason there is a delay in processing the order, the gift order will then be delivered as soon as the order has been processed. You will receive a notification once the gift has been delivered.
7. What are ePoints?
ePoints are loyalty points you can earn when purchasing qualifying products from eGifts24. ePoints can be converted into loyalty vouchers for instant discounts on your next purchase once you've reached 1000 ePoints. Not all purchases qualify for ePoints, and earn rate can vary between products. Check the product page for confirmation if ePoints are earnable, and at what percentage of your purchase. ePoints cannot be earned when paying with promotional/loyalty vouchers, or where there's a promotional discount applied to the order.
8. How do I check my ePoints balance or redeem my ePoints?
Go to the "My Account" dashboard, and then click on View & Redeem ePoints under "My ePoints".
